Linear Non-contact Displacement Sensor ET Series

Outputs relative position with DC voltage, featuring a robust, non-contact, high-durability absolute type, custom-made to excel even in top-tier motorcycle races!

The detection body consists of two components: the "sleeve" and the "probe." A high-frequency magnetic field is generated on the probe side, creating electromagnetic induction coupling with the sleeve. When the sleeve displaces relative to the probe, changes occur in the electromagnetic induction coupling, which are converted into voltage output (the relative position of the sleeve and probe is output as a displacement amount in the range of 1-5V). Since the sleeve and probe have a completely non-contact structure, there is no deformation or failure due to friction. 【Main Features】 - Two models available: the integrated detector 'ET-850' and the separated type 'ET-851A.' - The probe is made of stainless steel, ensuring both robustness and durability. - The protective structure complies with IP-67, providing high dust and water resistance. - Power supply voltage: DC 10-30V. Custom options available for mounting and shape. An image of a differential transformer (LVDT) reversed. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.*

MP-4731 Non-contact Displacement Sensor for Energy Equipment

Non-contact linear measurement over a range of 15mm. Contributes to improved accuracy in equipment monitoring.

In the energy industry, equipment monitoring is crucial for early detection of abnormalities and maintaining stable operation. Particularly in environments with significant temperature changes and vibrations, accurate location information is required. Traditional contact-type sensors carry risks of wear and failure, but the MP-4731 can measure linearly within a 15mm range without contact, allowing for early detection of equipment abnormalities. The absolute output also facilitates easy initial position detection upon power-up. 【Usage Scenarios】 * Turbine monitoring at power plants * Transformer monitoring at substations * Valve position monitoring in plant equipment 【Benefits of Implementation】 * Early detection of equipment abnormalities, reducing downtime * Longer lifespan and reduced maintenance costs through non-contact measurement * Easier initial position detection upon power-up due to absolute output
